Blossom Place

This care home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 14 adults with mental health needs across three separately adapted buildings. At inspection, 10 people were using the service on the first day and nine on the second day.

The quality assurance system failed to identify and correct several issues found during inspection. However, improvements were noted in risk assessments, use of personal protective equipment, and respect for people's equality and diversity. People received their prescribed medicines, though concerns were identified regarding allergies to particular medicines and their effects on residents.
