Ebenezer Residential Care Home

Ebenezer Residential Care Home provides accommodation and care for up to five people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of inspection, all five places were occupied. The premises were clean and well maintained, with hand sanitiser and personal protective equipment available at the entrance. Staff had received regular training on infection control and use of PPE, and the provider had appropriate arrangements for testing people and staff for COVID-19.

The home supported people to maintain links with family and friends through phone and video messaging, and visitors were able to visit the service. Prior to visiting, families received information about visiting safely, and visitors had their temperature recorded upon arrival.
