243 Church Street is a care home accommodating up to five people with learning disabilities and associated conditions. At the time of inspection, two people were using the service, each with their own ensuite bedroom. The home provides personal care in one adapted building.

The staff demonstrated commitment to supporting residents' wellbeing and independence. Care plans were personalised and reviewed regularly to reflect individual needs. Staff had received appropriate training and showed knowledge of the people they supported. Family members spoke positively about the communication from the home and felt involved in decisions about their relatives' care.

The home maintained safe practices and there were systems in place to manage medication and respond to health concerns. The environment was clean and well-maintained, with appropriate facilities for the people supported.
