Glasshouse Hill

Glasshouse Hill is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 11 people with acquired brain injuries. At the time of inspection, nine people were using the service.

The home safeguards people from abuse and harm, with risks properly assessed to keep residents safe. Staff support people to make decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act. There are sufficient staff to meet people's needs, recruited safely, and medicines are administered securely. Infection prevention and control practices are followed, with the home maintained as visibly clean.
