Bonhomie Sarisbury Green provides support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. This follow-up inspection checked progress against earlier warning notices, and the CQC found the service continues to require improvement overall.

Inspectors found breaches remained in relation to consent, safe care and treatment, and good governance, though improvements had been made around person-centred care and reporting notifiable incidents. Feedback from people using the service was positive, and staff were seen interacting kindly and respectfully, but these strengths did not offset ongoing shortfalls in safety and leadership.
