This residential care home provides personal care to four people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service operates from an adapted residential property and focuses on delivering person-centred support that promotes control, choice, and independence. People using the service receive planned and co-ordinated care designed to help them live as full a life as possible and achieve meaningful outcomes.
