Marlin Lodge is a residential care home supporting up to 17 people with learning disabilities or autism. The home had implemented thorough COVID-19 safety measures including visitor testing, vaccination verification, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment. Staff and residents received training in safe PPE use and infection prevention, with regular COVID-19 testing conducted in line with government guidance.

During lockdowns, the home actively supported residents to maintain contact with family and friends through telephone and video calls, as well as arranging window visits, garden visits, and screened visits in a designated pod.
