Georgina House

Georgina House provides personal care and accommodation to up to four autistic people and people with learning disabilities. The two-storey home includes two ensuite bedrooms downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, communal lounge and dining areas, and a kitchen. Laundry facilities are located in a shed in the garden.

During inspection, staff did not consistently support people to have maximum choice, control and independence over their lives. Some residents had personal items locked away without clear justification. A stairgate was used to restrict one person's access to the kitchen, and staff had not reviewed whether less restrictive alternatives might be appropriate.
