1 Charmandean Road

Charmandean Road provides personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities and autism in a single large house. At the time of inspection, all eight registered places were occupied. Staff support residents to pursue their interests, with improved staffing levels enabling more frequent outings and a wider range of activities. One resident noted they had recently been swimming after a long gap. Inspectors observed residents smiling and engaged in activities with staff, who provide support during moments of emotional distress.
