Chantry is a care home providing accommodation and personal care to people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good. Inspectors reviewed risks around equipment use following a serious incident, and found people currently using the service were receiving safe care, with support in line with national guidance on choice, dignity and independence.

People and relatives told inspectors they felt safe and well cared for, describing kind, encouraging staff. Families visited often and had positive relationships with the team. Communication tools for some residents, and ways of keeping families informed, were still being developed further.
