Bancroft House

Bancroft House provides residential care and personal support for up to six people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health support needs. The service operates from a large detached property with individual bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for each resident, alongside shared living and eating areas. Staff implement systems to manage risks safely and prevent abuse, with clear procedures for responding to safety concerns.

The home assesses people's needs using evidence-based guidance to ensure they receive appropriate support and are not discriminated against. Residents achieve positive outcomes including reduced challenging behaviours and greater independence in exploring new experiences.
