Wrekin Villa

Wrekin Villa accommodates up to five people and provides personal care to residents with mental health care needs. Residents report that staff fully understand their needs and demonstrate kindness and compassion in their care. The service promotes individuality and maintains an excellent approach to dignity and cultural awareness. Residents feel safe, and staff provide high-standard support. Staff are trained to recognize and report suspected abuse or poor practice, with managers familiar with established reporting procedures.
