The home protects people from abuse through proactive risk assessment and mitigation. Staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs, and medicines are received, stored, administered and disposed of safely, with staff trained appropriately in medication management. PPE protocols are followed consistently by staff and visitors. Systems are in place to identify and respond when things go wrong.
