The home provides communal dining and lounge facilities, with bedrooms featuring wash basins and shared bathroom facilities.

The home protects people from abuse through proactive risk assessment and mitigation. Staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs, and medicines are received, stored, administered and disposed of safely, with staff trained appropriately in medication management. PPE protocols are followed consistently by staff and visitors.
