Woodthorpe Lodge

Woodthorpe Lodge provides personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities or mental health conditions, with five residents living there at the time of inspection. The purpose-built home is arranged on a single ground floor, making it accessible for all residents.

Inspectors identified a lack of clear guidance for when "as needed" medicines would be administered to residents. The service aims to support people in living full lives with control, choice and independence, though the inspection found gaps in how medication protocols were documented and communicated to staff.
