East Fields provides respite accommodation and personal care for up to eight people in a small village on the outskirts of Chesterfield with good access to local facilities. The service supports people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with 33 people using the service at different times. During the inspection, four people were accessing the service.

The home is designed to enable people to live full lives with meaningful control and choice over their daily experiences. The service reflects best practice guidance to help people achieve the best possible outcomes in their care and support.
