Woodthorpe Lodge accommodates up to 66 people with varying support needs, including dementia, across purpose-built accommodation featuring individual apartments with en-suites and communal areas across two floors. At inspection, 29 people were using the service.

The home keeps people safe through identified risk measures that balance protection with independence. An incident reporting system tracks safeguarding concerns and identifies any emerging patterns. Staff numbers are sufficient and well-recruited, with team members developing good knowledge of the people they support. Medicines are administered safely and appropriately.
