Lester Court

Lester Court supports up to 10 younger adults with mental health needs, currently providing care to six residents. People feel safe at the service and able to speak out, with one resident noting, "Everyone has a voice here, everyone has come out of their shell." The service benefits from an established staff team that provides continuity of care, with all staff safely recruited and well-trained. Staff demonstrate caring and kind approaches and maintain positive relationships with residents, actively encouraging them to become more independent and try new activities.
