Stratford Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to nine young people with autism, aged between 16 and 19. Eight residents have attended the nearby Grateley House School, and the service supports them as part of the school's post-16 provision while preparing to move to more independent settings. Residents continue to receive specialist therapy services from the school, and some attend local colleges.

People using the service feel safe. One resident said, "I feel really safe living here. I can lock the door to my room.

" Staff have been trained to protect people from harm and abuse, and the service continues to be rated good.
