This follow-up inspection checked progress after earlier warning notices, and the CQC found significant improvement, with breaches relating to person-centred care, consent, safeguarding, staffing and safe care all resolved.
People and relatives gave mostly positive feedback, and inspectors observed kind, attentive interactions between staff and residents. However, governance at the home still fell short of expected standards, and the provider remained in breach of this regulation, meaning oversight and management arrangements need further strengthening.
