Inspectors found the environment safe and well-maintained, with medicines managed properly and risks assessed to support independence. Staff understood their duties under the Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding, recruitment and complaints handling were all found to be robust. Leadership was visible and responsive, with effective governance systems in place to monitor and improve the service.
