Island Place

Island Place provides accommodation and personal care for 39 adults with mental health needs and those requiring support with substance misuse across three floors with communal facilities. All residents praised the home, feeling safe and well cared for. Staff were observed to be kind, caring and friendly, with clear knowledge of each person. People's preferences were respected and staff were sensitive to individual needs, with sufficient staffing levels allowing time for meaningful conversations and engagement with residents.
