The CQC found notable progress since the last inspection, with people receiving person-centred care from staff who knew them well and treated them with dignity and respect. However, inspectors found continuing breaches around risk management guidance, staff recruitment and quality oversight, along with new shortfalls in how medicines were managed. Relatives said people's health and wellbeing had improved, and staff were kind and respectful of choices.
