The service demonstrated good infection control practices, screening visitors for COVID-19 symptoms through temperature checks and lateral flow device testing. Personal protective equipment was available and a visiting pod had been installed to enable safe visits. The provider proactively updated their visiting policy during the inspection to align with current government guidance, ensuring visits could continue safely indoors.
