This residential care home supports up to four people with learning disabilities and/or autism, currently caring for three residents. Where restrictions had been implemented to manage risk, these decisions had not always been properly recorded or reviewed.

The home's environment required significant attention, with damage and cleaning issues identified in certain areas that the provider had not addressed promptly. Safety systems for maintaining the environment needed strengthening, as gaps were found in maintenance procedures and various required checks. While some maintenance and checks were being carried out, the overall approach lacked consistency and thoroughness.
