The environment was well-maintained and clean with effective infection prevention measures in place. Equipment and the physical environment were regularly checked to minimise risks. Medicines were safely managed and staff received appropriate training and supervision. The provider was arranging refurbishment works including a new shower room, scheduled to begin within weeks of the inspection.
