St Anthony

St Anthony is a residential care home in a rural setting, providing nursing and personal care for up to 29 younger adults with learning disabilities, autism or physical disabilities. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff were well trained, safely recruited and knew how to manage risk and safeguarding. Medicines were handled safely and the home was clean.

Inspectors found care was person centred, with people supported to communicate, make choices and pursue activities they enjoyed. Staff treated people with kindness and respect, and relatives were confident their loved ones were well cared for. The service was well led, with clear leadership and effective governance.
