Wollaton View Care Home

The CQC rated the home Good overall, an improvement on its previous inspection, when breaches relating to safe care, staffing, governance and person-centred care were identified. People and relatives described staff as kind, compassionate and attentive to their dignity and individual needs. Medicines were managed safely, food and fluid needs were met well, and the home worked effectively with external partners. Some families felt they could be more involved in planning care, and this was noted as an area for further development.
