People felt safe and content at the service. One resident said, "I like it here, everyone is marvellous. " Relatives confirmed their loved ones were safe.
Staff had received up-to-date safeguarding training, and the home managed medicines safely in line with national guidance. Environmental risks were effectively managed to ensure people received safe care and treatment.
