Hazelwood Care Home

Hazelwood Nursing Home provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 50 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 35 people were resident at the service.

The home had implemented clear visitor procedures with an audio and visual display outlining safety measures. Visitors completed a screening questionnaire, had their temperature checked using a thermal scanner, and were asked to wear face masks, undertake lateral flow tests, and sanitise their hands on arrival.
