The service provides structured activities tailored to residents' interests and hobbies, with Creative Arts programmes particularly valued. One resident described it as "my world where I can express myself," while another appreciated it as "a distraction from daily life." Staff support people and their families in adjusting to acquired brain injury and complex mobility needs.

The service maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet residents' care needs. Staff demonstrate awareness of associated risks and provide suitable care, including timely administration of medicines. Residents' disabilities do not prevent staff from supporting them with meaningful activities and engagement in their interests.
