Ashley Phoenix Home

Ashley Phoenix is a residential care home providing personal care to seven people who are registered deafblind with additional complex needs, with capacity for up to nine residents. The service is situated in a specialist complex for people who are deaf and operates under new provider management, which took over eleven months prior to inspection. Staff support residents with complex needs including sensory impairments and provide accommodation as a single care package.
