Windy Ridge Care Home

People and relatives consistently praised the registered manager and staff as excellent, describing the home as "one of a kind" with "no place like it." Inspectors observed exceptional person-centred care that achieved positive health outcomes, with staff using nationally recognised monitoring tools to provide early warning of potential infections such as sepsis.

Staff received excellent support for learning and development, with a broad range of training delivered in-house and tailored to residents' needs, alongside funded external progression opportunities. The home maintained a strong focus on supporting people to eat and drink varied diets tailored to individual nutritional needs and preferences, achieving positive health outcomes. Relatives commended the care as "immaculate" and "amazing."
