People consistently reported feeling safe at the service and received outstanding, personalised care tailored to their individual needs. Staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge of residents and provided respectful, sensitive support that enabled people to live active lives with meaningful choice.

The home was particularly noted for delivering outstanding end of life care, ensuring people experienced comfortable and dignified deaths.

The provider maintained strong partnerships with health and social care specialists to implement best practice and continuously improve care standards. Staff benefited from proactive development opportunities that motivated them to provide quality service. The home had developed excellent connections with the local community and charities, creating strong ongoing relationships that supported both the service and residents in their engagement with wider community life.
