Wilton Road

This residential care home provides accommodation and personal care to six people with mental health support needs, with capacity for up to eight residents. People living at the home feel safe and happy with the support they receive, with staff actively helping them stay safe and responding seriously to any concerns raised. Staff demonstrate knowledge of how to keep people safe and manage risks effectively.

The home maintains up-to-date assessments of risks to residents' wellbeing and safety, and staff support people in managing these risks. Residents are also supported to manage their medicines safely. The service promotes maximum choice and control for the people it cares for, with staff supporting residents in exercising autonomy over their lives.
