Willowbeck Health Care Limited is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care for up to 80 people with complex physical or mental health needs. At the time of the assessment, 74 people were living there. The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement from before, when the provider had been in breach of regulations relating to good governance.

Inspectors found people were treated with respect, offered choice, and supported to remain independent, with care records reviewed regularly. Medicines were managed safely and lessons from incidents were used to reduce risk. Some residents raised concerns about staff turnover and night-time experience, and feedback on food was mixed, though improvements were underway.
