Wood Hill House

Wood Hill House provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 83 adults with physical disabilities, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism across a purpose-built four-storey building. At the time of inspection, 13 people were residing there.

During the inspection, serious safety concerns were identified. Medicines were not always managed safely, and there were environmental safety issues within the building that placed residents at risk of harm. Safety concerns identified through risk assessments were not being adequately addressed.
