Following earlier enforcement action, inspectors found improvements in person-centred care, staffing, premises, medicines and infection control, and these breaches have been removed. However, breaches relating to consent, environmental risks and governance remain, and the home is now rated requires improvement. Inspectors observed kind, respectful care and good staff knowledge of residents, though meaningful activities were lacking despite some 1:1 support.
