Cordelia House Ltd

Cordelia House provides accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to 40 people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, or mental health support needs. At the time of inspection, 32 people were using the service.

Inspectors found evidence of outstanding caring and positive support. The registered provider and manager demonstrated excellent leadership, supported by a strong, well-motivated team. Everyone spoken with gave exceptional feedback about staff who were caring, professional and supportive, frequently going the extra mile to ensure people's wellbeing.
