Willow Lodge

Willow Lodge provides nursing and personal care to up to 22 older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 11 people were using the service. The home spans two floors accessible by lift, with communal areas, a garden, and car park available to residents.

Safety concerns were identified, as systems to manage environmental safety were not effective. While improvements had been made in medicines management, further work was needed to fully embed these changes. The home had also made improvements to its incident recording process to ensure mistakes were properly documented.
