The chef knew people's preferences and offered good choice, though some gaps existed in documenting nutritional needs. Staff completed regular training and knew people well, with one relative stating "It is very good care." Staff supported people to live healthy lives and helped them access wider healthcare services. People were protected from harm and the risk of mistakes being repeated.
