The home is clean and comfortable with enough safely recruited staff. Improvements were needed to manage certain health and wellbeing risks more effectively and to ensure medicines were managed safely.

People enjoyed the meals, with one relative commenting that "The meals are lovely. " The chef knew people's preferences and offered good choice, though some gaps existed in documenting nutritional needs. Staff completed regular training and knew people well, with one relative stating "It is very good care.

" Staff supported people to live healthy lives and helped them access wider healthcare services. People were protected from harm and the risk of mistakes being repeated.
