Asmall Hall

Asmall Hall provides personal and nursing care for up to 56 people across two units, one of which supports people with dementia. At the time of inspection, 50 people were living at the service.

The home maintains safe environments with assessments of individual risks in place. Incidents and accidents are investigated with clear evidence of lessons learned. People reported feeling safe, and systems exist to respond to any allegations of abuse. Staff recruitment follows safe procedures, with sufficient staffing visible during inspection. Where agency staff are used, they are regular workers familiar with the home. All staff have completed necessary training, and medicines are managed safely throughout the service.
