Willow Brook House

Willow Brook House accommodates up to 43 adults requiring nursing and personal care across two levels. At inspection, 17 residents were living there with dementia, mental health, and physical care needs. While risks to people's care had been identified, the measures to mitigate those risks were not consistently applied.

Inspectors found that deterioration in residents' health was not always easily identifiable. The provider was developing a handover document to ensure nursing staff were fully informed of residents' current health conditions. Care plans were basic and required improvements to provide staff with comprehensive information needed to deliver appropriate care.
