Glenmoor House Care Home

Glenmoor House Care Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 59 people, with 46 people living there at the time of the assessment. It was prompted partly by concerns about care quality, medicines, staffing and management, but the CQC found no evidence to support these and the home kept its overall "good" rating.

Inspectors found people received their medicines safely from trained staff, care plans were personalised, and staff were recruited properly and well supported. There were enough staff, though agency use was ongoing and needed closer oversight. People and relatives felt safe, respected and listened to, and management acted on feedback and lessons learned.
