Willow Bank House Residential Home

Willow Bank House provides personal care for up to 63 people aged 65 and over, many living with dementia. The service operates across two floors in one adapted building, with two separate units: Angel Bec and Ray Bold. At inspection, 59 people were living at the home.

People felt safe and supported by staff, with relatives confident their family members received appropriate care. Staff demonstrated knowledge of different types of abuse and proper reporting procedures. The registered manager understood their safeguarding responsibilities and how to protect residents from harm. Potential risks to people's health and wellbeing had been identified and were being managed safely.
