Gloucester House

Gloucester House provides accommodation and personal care to 8 people with learning disabilities and autism in one adapted building. Staff focus on people's strengths and promote what they can do, ensuring residents lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. The home maintains a safe and clean environment that meets residents' sensory and physical needs, with enough staff available including one-to-one support for activities and visits. Staff communicate with people in ways that meet their individual needs and support residents to make decisions following best practice approaches.

The service ensures people have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
