The Mill House Care Home

The Mill House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 31 older people, including those with dementia. At inspection, 29 residents were living there across two floors, with communal lounge and dining areas on the ground floor. While not all bedrooms have ensuite facilities, communal bathrooms are available on each floor, and the provider is considering adding ensuites to existing rooms as part of planned improvements. The home had previously been asked to strengthen its approach to risk management, medicine management, and oversight of the service.
