Heathlands Residential Care Home

Heathlands Residential Care Home provides care and support to adults of all ages living with dementia and physical disabilities. At the time of the assessment, 55 people were living at the home. The CQC rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found a positive learning culture, safe recruitment practices, and staff who received regular training and supervision, with good links to healthcare professionals. Some environmental concerns were raised and addressed immediately by the provider, and inspectors noted that while some people were supported to take part in activities, others were not. People and relatives gave positive feedback about their care.
