Heathlands Residential Care Home

Heathlands provides personal care to 58 residents aged 65 and over across two floors, including specialist areas for people living with dementia. The home can support up to 63 residents.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the care provided. The service has introduced new initiatives to improve social interactions and well-being, actively involving residents and families in these developments. Staff demonstrated a personalised approach to care, working closely with the registered manager to tailor support to individual needs. The home maintains a culture of openness where suggestions and ideas from residents, families and staff are acted upon.
