Wilbraham House

Wilbraham House is a residential care home providing personal care to 30 people in one adapted building spread over three floors, with capacity for up to 35 residents. Staff are safely recruited and possess the skills and knowledge needed to provide effective support. They understand their safeguarding responsibilities and work to protect people from harm.

Medicines are managed safely and infection control procedures are consistently followed.

The home has effective care planning and risk management systems in place that guide staff to provide support tailored to individual needs and preferences. People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their daily lives.
