Breadalbane Residential Home

This residential home accommodates up to 15 older adults, including those living with dementia, across three floors. At the time of inspection, 13 people were residing there.

The home's monitoring systems and processes for improving service quality were ineffective and had failed to identify issues found during the inspection. The premises and equipment were not consistently checked and maintained to ensure people's safety. While staff demonstrated understanding of abuse protection and safe procedures were in place, the systems to oversee these safeguards required improvement to effectively protect residents.
