Whitfield

This residential care home accommodates up to 30 older people, many living with dementia, in one adapted building. At inspection, 27 people were using the service. Residents reported feeling safe, and relatives expressed confidence that staff knew their loved ones well and provided support according to their preferences. The service had assessed potential risks to people's health and welfare, with clear guidance in place for staff to mitigate these risks. Accidents and incidents were regularly analysed to identify patterns and trends, and actions taken had successfully reduced the likelihood of recurrence.
