Wheatlands

Wheatlands provides residential care and personal care for up to 46 people in adapted accommodation consisting of two units. At the time of inspection, 45 residents were using the service.

Residents felt safe living at the home and with the staff supporting them. The provider's recruitment procedures helped protect people from harm, and staff had received training in recognising and reporting concerns about residents' wellbeing. Staff supported residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches possible and acting in their best interests.
